WHY DO YOU TALK SO MUCH ABOUT THINKING ARCHITECTURE?
Because unfortunately that's not the general rule of the architects. The most common behaviour within the design practices is a prefabricated project. In this case, the client is very penalized because even if the design is cheap, the construction is more expensive and the city landscape and the surrounding architecture suffers from an architecture design that could be more optimized to the site.

In fact, both are extremely important on their responsibilities. The architect's mission is to solve all the problems from the preliminary program providing an architectural design solution with innovative and functional forms and also correct materials and construction methods. The engineer's mission is to calculate all the dimensions of the structure and technical requirements in order to check the execution of the architecture project.

To manage the construction bidding effectively we must first be sure the project won't have any changes. Therefore, the building licence for the architecture project must already be approved by the local city council. Also, the landscape architects, civil engineers, structure engineers must already have the contract documents completed for the architecture project. Than, we can easily manage a safe construction bidding.
