Retail Shop Conversion
A business opportunity leads the customer to abandon an old store and buy another old building. The aim of the extension and alteration was a contemporary commercial space, with few elements and low budget. Much of the area would be required for storage. A black box for the services area divides the space into two areas: an exhibition area or showroom turned to the Avenue, and another storage room facing the interior of the block.
