We were commissioned the project of a medical warehouse and production unit located in Maia, Portugal for the multinational Praxair established in Portugal for several years. It included a zone for the production of products and medicines. Industrial licensing for this medical and pharmaceutical factory was also absolutely necessary. A rigorous plan of needs, safety measures and industrial equipment to be implemented shapes the project with great rigor. The deadlines for construction were short and the budget well delimited. The Project of this pharmaceutical industry unit was implemented in good time and the quality of the spaces now allows a considerable increase in the safety, hygiene, productivity and comfort of the workers. On the other hand, the image of the company before the public, employees and customers comes out valued, and this is the most important asset on our architecture project.
