The challenge was to generate a set of 5 modern luxury townhouses with the highest architectural and construction quality. They should be carefully located in a subdivision in Matosinhos next to the sea. The concept of these homes is the result of a design: to create a home in which space and nature is in itself an element of comfort and refinement.

The concept of luxury homes
We created a project that establishes wide relationships between the different areas of the house, even when located on different floors. The winter garden with all its nature is the unifying element of all these elements.
The concepts that we work on most and that summarize the proposal are:
– Luxury
– Difference
– Nature
– Amplitude
– Lightness
When visiting each house or relaxing in any of its indoor or outdoor spaces, we will realize the importance of this fluidity and the very lightness of the forms.
