It was necessary to design a senior housing building in an old farm located in the north of Portugal. The modern architecture building designed by our architects seeks to benefit from the compelling nature and at the same time accomplish all the functional needs for the elders. In the heart of the Nature there is now the possibility for a better life.

Senior housing project strategy
In this project we seek to optimize existing resources as much as possible. Nursing homes are only viable if they are of sufficient scale to achieve integrated management of all services provided to the elderly. This is the only way to guarantee the quality of the service. In this sense, the architectural project seeks this management flexibility by providing systematized rooms and a central common space on the ground floor and first floor.
